Delivery & shipping

 All items are shipped from Bucharest, Romania.

For Romania we ship via Sameday and Fan Courier, for Europe and rest of the world we use DHL .

All products are shipped starting monday to friday. 

Each product has a different production time, please be aware of this when placing an order. The product will be shipped as soon as it will be available. 

Shipping for Romania is 1-3 working days.

Shipping for the rest of the world - up to 7 days

PINKMOSS is not responsable for any delays after the product is shipped.

Non UE Countries -  all import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
